Lake Hire Sessions
These are self supervised sessions, no safety cover is provided. All participants must be water confident and under 18s must be fully supervised at all times. This supervision must be appropriate to the age and ability of the children.
Big Ropes
In these sessions you will be provided with a safety briefing and supervised by a qualified instructor.
All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (participating or non participating). Please see the ratios below.
-
For age 12 and above this can be either a participating or non-participating adult on a ratio of one adult to six young people
-
For age 8 - 11 years olds they can do all of the activities except for the High Ropes course accompanied by a non-participating adult on a ratio of one adult to four young people
-
Age 8 - 11 year olds wanting to do the High Ropes course must be accompanied by a participating adult on a ratio of one adult to two young people (the same participating adult can repeat the High Ropes with different children provided an overall ratio of one adult to four children is adhered to).
-
Children age 5 - 7 years are able to do the Big Ropes session but they must be accompanied by a participating adult on a ratio of one adult to two children. We recommend that they try the Mini Ropes course first to build confidence.

Mini Ropes
An adult must accompany children in the Mini Ropes area but they do not require a ticket.
Maximum of five children per adult.
These sessions are also supervised by our qualified instructors.

Open Water Swimming
All under 18's must be supervised at all times. Supervision must be appropriate to their age and ability.
We also advice that adults swim with a friend, or bring a bank based friend along.
Spectators and younger siblings are welcome onsite, the café is open to the public.
We ask that you ensure all young children are fully supervised at all times and kept safely out of the way of the activities.
